 Silver book cover sold to Museum Van Loon
 in Amsterdam.
 The museum Van Loon in Amsterdam acquired
 a rare and very early silver book cover from
 our collection. The cover is engraved with the
 coat of arms of Hans van Loon and Anna Ruychaver
 and contains an "album amicorum" signed by
 close friends of the Van Loon family including
 Philip van Oranje Nassau, son of Willem van Oranje.
 The book cover is the earliest piece of silver
 in the collection of the museum and the
 most important addition to the collection Van Loon.
