A Miniature Tea Caddy

This oval miniature silver tea caddy stands on three ball feet and has a hinged lid with a suspension eye. On top of the lid is a scalloped knob. The caddy is fitted with an inner lid.

It was made in Amsterdam in 1752 by Daniël van Strant.
