The most prominent piece of this rare and extensive miniature tea set is the water kettle on stand that stands in the centre on the large oval tray. Next to it are a teapot, a milk jug, a tea caddy and a sugar bowl. All items have a floral ornament as a finial or as decoration around the handle, a characteristic feature of the miniature silver specialist Hendrik Duller. All parts of this set are fully marked with the Amsterdam assay mark with a date letter conjoined and the makers' mark H:D for Hendrik Duller.
